Merchandise, unless noted otherwise (excluding plants) can be returned to us within 45 days for credit as long as its returned to us PREPAID in the original NEW condition. Defective items can only be returned to us within the first 30 days. After that time, the manufacturer warranty will be in full effect.

A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER IS REQUIRED BEFORE YOU RETURN ANY MERCHANDISE.
