This small pastel blue tropical water lily with white near center of bloom is perfect for small ponds and tub gardens. Small but vigrous plant. Medium sized blooms are very fragrant. Partial shade OK. As little as 3 to 4 hour of sunlight. In addition, will tolerate some cold.
